These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of SilentSoul.design and all purchases made through the website. By accessing or using the site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

2. Use of this website
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to place an order.

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party.

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for technical, security or legal reasons.

3. Products & personalization

SilentSoul.design sells primarily custom-made and personalized clothing and products, including designs based on your Human Design birth chart, astrological birth chart and other personal charts and data.

  • Product photos, mockups and descriptions are for illustration. Colors, print position and scale may vary slightly due to screens, fabrics and printing processes.

  • Because many products are personalized:

    • the design is generated directly from the information you provide (for example birth date, time and place);

    • slight variations in color, placement or print feel are not considered defects.

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you provide (especially birth time and other chart details) is correct before placing an order.


4. Orders & contract formation
  1. By placing an order at checkout, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms.

  2. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order but does not mean it has been accepted.

  3. A binding contract is formed when:

    • we send you a shipping confirmation email, or

    • we start producing your personalized item,
      whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if:

  • payment cannot be processed;

  • there is a clear error in price or product description;

  • the product cannot be produced as ordered;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund any amounts paid for items not processed.

5. Prices, currency & payment
5.1. Prices & taxes
  • All prices are displayed in EUR.

  • Prices include Estonian VAT if and where applicable.

  • Prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by authorities outside the EU. These are your responsibility if applicable.

We may update prices at any time before your order is accepted.

5.2. Payment methods

We accept:

  • Stripe / Link (credit/debit cards, Stripe payment links, other Stripe mediated & locally relevant payment options)

  • PayPal

  • Baltic states' bank paylink

  • International manual bank transfer

For Baltic bank paylink and manual bank transfers, we will provide payment instructions at checkout or by email. We start processing your order after we receive full payment. If payment is not received within 3 business days, we may cancel the order.

Payment is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & delivery
6.1. Where we ship

We ship from various locations worldwide (mainly EU), depending on your provided delivery destination, to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at whisper@silentsoul.design.

Currently, we don’t ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

6.2. Production & dispatch times
  • All products are made to order.

  • Production typically takes:

    • For custom design products: 2–8 business days from payment confirmation.

    • For pre-designed & generic products: 2-5 business days

  • Note that production time does not include shipping & delivery time (see below for delivery times).

  • During peak times or for complex designs, production may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

  • Most orders are fulfilled quickly:

    • Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.

    • More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.

6.3. Estimated delivery times

From dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Baltics & Nordics: approx. 1-6 business days

  • Rest of Europe: approx. 2–7 (with few exceptions taking up to 15) business days

  • North America: approx. 2-6 business days

  • Australia: approx. 2-5 business days

  • Asia / rest of world: varies widely depending on exact country, approx. 2–25 business days (check with us via email for inquiring about a specific country).


These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Delays caused by customs, local carriers, strikes, weather or other events outside our control are possible.

6.4. Shipping fees & tracking
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order weight/size.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

6.5. Customs, import duties & local taxes

For deliveries outside the EU:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are your responsibility.

  • We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6.6. Incorrect address and failed delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

  • the shipping address you provided was incorrect or incomplete; or

  • you did not collect the parcel in time from a pick-up point or customs, then any additional costs (including re-shipping fees) may be charged to you.
    For personalized items, we may not be able to refund if the parcel is returned damaged or not returned at all.

7. Returns, refunds & defects
7.1. Personalized items – no change-of-mind returns

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized, created uniquely for you based on your data and choices.

Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or when clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

    • change of mind;

    • choosing the wrong size;

    • later discovering that your birth time or other personal data was incorrect;

    • minor differences in color or print appearance typical for printed garments.

7.2. Your responsibility: accurate data

You are responsible for making sure that all information you provide is correct, including:

  • birth date, birth time and place;

  • name or text for the design;

  • product, color and size;

  • shipping address.

If a design is “wrong” because the original data you provided us was incorrect, this is not considered a defect.

7.3. When we will repair, replace or refund

We will fix issues that are caused by us or our production partners. This includes:

  • Manufacturing or printing defects (e.g. holes, obvious misprints, severe quality issues);

  • Our or manufacturer’s error (wrong item, wrong size than ordered, wrong print/design vs. your order);

  • Damage in transit, where clearly documented.

In these cases we will, at our discretion:

  • repair or remake the item and send a replacement, or

  • issue a full or partial refund, including standard shipping where required by law.

7.4. How to report a problem

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item:

  1. Email whisper@silentsoul.design within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • your order number;

    • clear photos of the product and the issue;

    • a photo of the packaging and label, if helpful;

    • a short description of the problem.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

7.5. Legal rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Estonian law, including rights relating to defective products and lack of conformity.

8. Use of our content (intellectual property)

Unless otherwise stated, InimDisain OÜ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material on SilentSoul.design, including designs, images, product photos, text, graphics, logos and layout.

You may view and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute material from SilentSoul.design;

  • sell, rent or sub-license our content or designs;

  • use our logo, brand name or designs in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission;

  • download, copy or reuse our artwork for other products or services.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights in the underlying artwork or design; it gives you a physical product for personal use only.

9. User comments and reviews

Parts of the website may allow users to post reviews, comments or other content (“Comments”).

By submitting a Comment, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to post it;

  • it does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks or privacy rights);

  • it is not defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate;

  • it is not spam or unauthorized advertising.

Comments posted by users do not necessarily reflect the views of InimDisain OÜ.

You grant InimDisain OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish and display your Comments in connection with our website and services (for example, in testimonials or marketing), in any media, with or without your first name.

We do not commit to monitoring all Comments but we reserve the right to review, edit or remove any Comment that we consider inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

10. Linking to SilentSoul.design

Other websites may link to our homepage or publicly accessible pages as long as the link:

  • is not misleading or deceptive;

  • does not falsely suggest our sponsorship, endorsement or approval;

  • does not place our website in a negative, illegal or harmful context.

We may request removal of any link to our website at any time, and you agree to remove such links promptly upon our request.

Use of our logo or branded graphics in links requires our prior written consent.

11. Website availability and information

We aim to keep SilentSoul.design available and the information on it accurate and up to date. However:

  • we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption;

  • product information, availability, prices and content may change, and occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make changes to products, pricing and content at any time, including after an order has been placed, as long as your legal rights are not unreasonably affected.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

SilentSoul.design uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, provide secure checkout, and understand how visitors use the site.

  • Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function (e.g. cart, checkout, basic security) and cannot be switched off.

  • Other cookies (for example for analytics or marketing) are optional and will only be used with your consent where required by law.

  • Third-party services integrated into our site (such as payment providers, embedded media or analytics tools) may also set their own cookies.
